How much does AI calling cost?
Each Indian number costs ₹499 a month and needs a business KYC check. Call minutes use AI credits: your plan includes a monthly allowance, and extra usage comes from a pay-as-you-go wallet in INR or USD.
Can my sales reps place outbound phone calls from WebinarRun?
No. Outbound phone calls in WebinarRun are made by the AI, and your team answers inbound calls in the browser softphone. On WhatsApp, agents can place outbound calls once the contact grants call permission.
Which languages can the AI speak on calls?
The AI voice speaks 97 languages and can detect the caller's language. The 14 Indian languages are Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Urdu, Nepali, Sindhi.
Will the AI call my leads late at night?
No. Each campaign only calls during the calling hours you set, in the contact's local time, and a daily cap limits how often one person is called.
What happens when a lead doesn't pick up?
The campaign retries after the gap you choose, up to your retry limit. You can also have WebinarRun send a WhatsApp message to anyone who did not answer.
