What it does

AI Agents and the AI Brain (https://www.webinarrun.com/ai-agents)

One shared knowledge base (the AI Brain) used by webinars, AI Sessions, WhatsApp and phone calls.
Content is added by uploading files, adding Q&A and text snippets, or crawling a website.
Live API connectors let the AI call your systems mid-conversation, for example to check an order or a booking.
A “Gaps” list shows questions the AI could not answer.
WhatsApp AI sales agent per number with three modes: Off, Suggest (AI drafts, a human approves, edits or discards) and Auto (AI replies and hands over when stuck).
“Respond manually” lets a human take over a chat; “Hand back to AI” returns it.
Cross-channel memory of past conversations, and a maximum discount the AI may offer on its own.
A test console to try the agent by chat and voice before going live; nothing is sent.
AI voice: 30 voices and 97 languages with auto-detect, including 14 Indian languages. Callers can interrupt the AI.

What it does not do

These are current limitations as of 7 October 2026.

Webinars are pre-recorded video. There is no live streaming from a camera.
No replay or rewatch on demand after a session ends.
No fake or simulated attendee chat, and no fake attendee counts.
No SMS, either for reminders or messaging.
No product catalogs, and no Instagram or Facebook Messenger channels.
Outbound phone calls are made by the AI only. There is no dialler for people on your team to place outbound calls.
Phone numbers are Indian numbers only today. Other countries are coming soon, with no date announced.
No custom domains, and the interface is in English only.
No Zoom integration.
No native HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Zapier apps. You connect a CRM or Zapier through webhooks and the API.
No AI agents marketplace.

Costs outside the plan

AI usage beyond your monthly credits: Each plan includes monthly AI credits. AI calls, voice and chat beyond that are paid from a prepaid AI credits wallet that you top up in INR or USD.
Phone numbers: Indian phone numbers cost ₹499 a month each and need business KYC. Numbers in other countries are coming soon.
WhatsApp message fees: Meta charges its own fees for WhatsApp messages. Meta bills these to you directly; they are not part of your WebinarRun plan.

Languages

The AI voice supports 97 languages with auto-detect and 30 voices. The 14 Indian languages are Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Urdu, Nepali, Sindhi; they are highlighted below. The WebinarRun interface itself is in English.
