Can I create custom roles?

Yes. Alongside the locked system roles, you can create custom roles in WebinarRun and choose exactly which permissions each one has.

Which plan includes audit logs?

Audit logs are included on the WebinarRun Scale plan, together with single sign-on, number masking and removal of the "Powered by WebinarRun" mark.

How do I delete a contact's data?

Open the contact and use permanent erase. For deletion requests about your own WebinarRun account, see the Data deletion page.

Do webhooks and API keys come with every plan?

No. Signed webhooks and API keys are included on the Growth and Scale plans, not on Starter or the trial.

Is there a mobile app for my team?

Yes. The WebinarRun Android app gives your team the webinar chat inbox, the full WhatsApp inbox, WhatsApp calling, voice notes and push notifications for webinar chat.
