Your plan covers the software. These usage costs depend on how much you call and message, so they are billed separately.
Each plan includes monthly AI credits. AI calls, voice and chat beyond that are paid from a prepaid AI credits wallet that you top up in INR or USD.
Indian phone numbers cost ₹499 a month each and need business KYC. Numbers in other countries are coming soon.
Meta charges its own fees for WhatsApp messages. Meta bills these to you directly; they are not part of your WebinarRun plan.

Yes. WebinarRun plans are priced in both INR and USD, and payments go through Razorpay in either currency. Choose the currency when you sign up.
AI credits pay for the AI work WebinarRun does for you, such as AI replies and AI calls. Each plan includes a monthly allowance (₹100 on Starter, ₹350 on Growth, ₹1,200 on Scale), and you top up a prepaid wallet in INR or USD for anything beyond it.
Yes. Phone numbers for AI calling cost ₹499 a month each and are bought inside WebinarRun. Indian numbers are available today with business KYC; other countries are coming soon.
Meta charges its own WhatsApp message fees, separately from your WebinarRun plan. WebinarRun shows your Meta costs by category and country in its WhatsApp analytics.
Signed webhooks and REST API keys are included on the WebinarRun Growth and Scale plans. Starter does not include them.
Single sign-on is on the WebinarRun Scale plan, along with audit logs, number masking and removing the “Powered by WebinarRun” mark. SSO supports Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, OIDC and SAML 2.0 for Okta, JumpCloud and ADFS.
