Start your free trial

WebinarRun lets you try every part of the platform free for 14 days. You only need a work email; no credit card is required.

Before you start

  • A work email address you can open right now

  1. Fill in the sign-up form

    Go to the Sign up page on webinarrun.com. Enter your Full Name, Work Email, an optional Company Name and a password, then click Create Account.

  2. Verify your email

    We email you a 6-digit code. Type it into Verification Code and click Verify Email. If it has not arrived after a minute, check spam or click Resend code.

  3. Open the dashboard

    After verification you are taken to the dashboard at app.webinarrun.com. The top menu shows My Events, WhatsApp, Calls, Contacts, AI follow-up, AI Brain, User Management and Settings.

  4. Set your default timezone

    Open Settings, then the General tab, and pick your Default timezone. New webinars start in this zone, and it drives WhatsApp business hours and AI Sessions.

  5. Check what your trial includes

    A banner at the top shows how much of the trial is left and how many events you have used. As the account owner you can click View Plans in that banner at any time.

Good to know

  • The trial lasts 14 days and includes 1 active webinar, 100 registrations, 1 team member besides you and 1 WhatsApp number.
  • You get a one-time grant of AI credits at sign-up so you can try the AI features.
  • Your data stays in place when you choose a paid plan.
