View webinar analytics and export registrants
WebinarRun tracks who registered, who attended and how long they watched. You can review each event and export its registrants, with lead scores, to a CSV file.
Before you start
- Permission to view analytics
- Permission to export contacts, for the CSV export
See totals across events
Go to My Events and open the Analytics tab. The top cards show Total Registered, Attended, Attendance rate, Total watch time, Stayed till end and On the watch page now.
Compare events and retention
The table below lists each event with the same numbers. Use Select Event to Analyze to open one event’s retention curve and see where attendees drop off.
Open the registered users
Back on the Events tab, click View Registered Users Analytics on an event row. Filter by date range, by All Users, Attended, Did not attend or Stayed to the end, and by percentage watched.
Review each person
Each row shows when they registered, joined and left, watch time, interactions and Lead Score. Click Details to see one registrant’s full journey.
Export to CSV
Click Export CSV to download every user that matches your current filters.
Good to know
- Score All scores every attendee of the event with AI, and Bulk Score scores several events by date range. Both use AI credits.
- Use Bulk Register Users (CSV) on the event row to register a list of people at once.
