How this is calculated
- Attendees = registrations × show-up rate.
- No-shows = registrations minus attendees.
- Revenue from attendees = attendees × attendee conversion rate × average deal value.
- Revenue lost to no-shows = no-shows × attendee conversion rate × average deal value.
- No-shows re-invited = no-shows × share you re-invite.
- Revenue recovered = re-invited no-shows × share who attend × attendee conversion rate × average deal value.
People are rounded to whole numbers and money to the nearest rupee or dollar.
Assumptions
- No-shows would buy at the same rate as attendees. Some never intended to come, so treat the lost revenue as an upper bound.
- Re-invited no-shows who attend convert at your normal attendee rate.
- The default values are examples only. They are not benchmarks or WebinarRun results.
- Costs of running webinars, ads and follow-up are not subtracted.
Fewer no-shows, and follow-up for the ones you still get
WebinarRun sends a confirmation, then reminders 1 day, 1 hour and 10 minutes before each webinar, by email and WhatsApp, for every webinar. Evergreen schedules and an optional next-15-minute slot let people join close to when they register.
After the webinar, the AI sales agent can follow up each registrant with up to 6 AI calls and 5 WhatsApp messages over 21 days, so no-shows get a re-invite and attendees get a next step. You set per contact whether follow-up is by AI, by you, or none.
Frequently asked questions

Show-up rates vary widely by audience, offer and how far ahead people register. Use the attendance rate from your own webinar analytics for the most useful result.
What reminders does WebinarRun send?

How does WebinarRun follow up with people who missed a webinar?
With the AI sales agent switched on, WebinarRun can follow up each registrant with up to 6 AI calls and 5 WhatsApp messages over 21 days. You choose per contact whether follow-up is done by AI, by you, or not at all.
Does re-inviting no-shows really recover revenue?
It depends on your audience and offer, so this calculator does not assume a recovery rate. Enter the share of re-invited no-shows who attend from your own results, or test a few values.
