Test your AI before going live

WebinarRun has a test console where you talk to your AI as a customer would. Nothing is sent to real customers, so you can check answers before going live.

Before you start

  • Content in your AI Brain
  • Permission to view the AI Brain or edit the event

  1. Open the test console

    Go to AI Brain and stay on the Knowledge tab. Scroll to Test the AI Agent below your content list.

  2. Set up the test

    Optionally set a Max discount % to see how the AI handles price requests, and a Persona such as "You are Acme’s friendly sales assistant."

  3. Chat with it

    Type a customer message and click Send. Try the questions your leads really ask. Click Clear to start a fresh conversation.

  4. Test an event’s voice AI

    For a webinar or AI Session, open Edit Event and the AI assistant tab. Under Test your AI, choose Voice and click Start Voice Test to speak to the AI with that event’s voice, language and greeting.

  5. Fix wrong or missing answers

    If an answer is wrong, add a Q&A snippet or document to your AI Brain and test again. Check the Gaps tab for questions it could not answer.

Good to know

  • Nothing you type in the test console is sent to a customer.
  • Check the answers in each language your leads use.
