Buy an Indian phone number

WebinarRun lets you buy a dedicated Indian phone number from inside the dashboard. Your AI or your team can answer it, and AI call campaigns can call from it.

Before you start

  • Business KYC documents: Registration Certificate (COI or Udyam) and Tax Proof (GST or business PAN)
  • Permission to manage phone numbers

  1. Open Phone Numbers

    In the top menu, open Calls, choose Live calls & logs, then the Phone Numbers tab.

  2. Submit your KYC

    Under Get a new number, fill in your Legal business name, Contact email, address, Registration number (CIN / Udyam), and upload the two documents. Click Submit KYC for approval.

  3. Wait for approval

    Your KYC shows as under review. Click Check status to refresh. When it shows KYC approved, you can buy numbers. If it is rejected, check the documents and submit again.

  4. Find and buy a number

    Pick a city, or type digits and click Filter. Choose a number and click Buy, then confirm with Buy number and complete the payment.

  5. Wait for it to activate

    After payment the number usually becomes Active within a minute and appears under Your numbers.

Good to know

  • Each number costs ₹499/month as a recurring subscription. You can cancel it at any time.
  • Only Indian numbers are available today. Other countries are coming soon.
  • KYC is needed once per account, not for every number.
