AI calling
Run an AI outbound call campaign
WebinarRun AI call campaigns let the AI phone a list of contacts for you, within the hours and limits you set, and send a WhatsApp message when nobody answers.
Before you start
- A phone number bought in WebinarRun
- Contacts who have agreed to receive automated calls
- AI credits for the call minutes
Start a new campaign
Open Calls, then AI Calling. On the Call Campaigns tab, click Launch campaign under New AI call campaign and give it a Campaign name.
Choose what it sells and who to call
Under What this campaign sells, pick the event it promotes so people who already registered are skipped. Under Who to call, choose Tag, Pick contacts or CSV upload (columns: phone, name).
Write the instructions
In Instructions, describe what the AI should achieve on each call. Pick the AI agent and the Call from number if you have more than one.
Set timing and limits
Choose Start now or Schedule. Set Pace (calls / min), Max simultaneous calls, Try up to (attempts), Gap between tries (minutes), the calling hours start and end, and Max calls per person per day.
Add a WhatsApp follow-up
Turn on WhatsApp follow-up on no-answer and pick a Follow-up template. Tick the consent box and click Create campaign, then Launch it from Your campaigns.
Watch it run
Open the Live Campaign tab and pick the campaign to see each contact’s status, attempts and outcome. Use Pause or Resume in Your campaigns.
Good to know
- Calling hours apply in each contact’s own local time.
- Max calls per person per day counts across all your campaigns.
- To have the AI call one person now, use the Manual Call tab and click AI call.
